AspiringEdits LLC ("AspiringEdits") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Contact info — name, email, phone, business name, and social handles you submit through forms.
• Project content — footage, audio, references, and notes you upload for editing.
• Payment info — processed by Square. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, device, browser, and approximate location via Google Analytics.

2. How we use it

• To deliver editing services and communicate about your project.
• To process payments and renewals.
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, delivery notifications, renewal reminders).
• To improve the site and our service quality.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with trusted processors required to run the service — Square (payments), our email provider (transactional mail), and our cloud storage provider (project files). Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

4. Footage and content security

Project files are stored in access-controlled cloud storage and retained for 90 days after final delivery unless you request earlier deletion. We will not publish or share your raw footage. Edited deliverables may be used as portfolio samples unless you opt out in writing.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for session management and Google Analytics for traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still function.

6. Your rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your project files and account data.
• Opt out of marketing email at any time (transactional email continues while your subscription is active).

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

If we update this policy we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify active customers by email.
